Starting September 16, 2024, CIO Hosting Services is pleased to announce that Enterprise Cloud Management (ECM), Cloud Hosting Services (CHS) and On-Prem Data Center will all use the same Business Enablement onboarding process for requesting cloud and on-prem hosting services. Below is a look at the onboarding process and the benefits for unifying the hosting services onboarding.
Benefits
- Consultation
If you are in need of hosting services, request a consultation with the Business Enablement team by emailing, L_HS-BusEnablement@leidos.com. A Solution Architect will schedule a meeting with you to discuss the hosting requirements and the hosting options that best fit your needs.
- Engagement
Business Enablement with help you draft the proper Design Engagement Review (DER) documents such as Architectural Diagrams, System security Plans (SSP) in preparation for DER submittal.
- DER Approval
Customer submits the DER. Business Enablement will support the customer throughout the DER approval process.
- Provision
Once DER is approved, you can use the Tenant Request form to request the resources to be provisioned.
- Sustainment
Once you confirm access to the provisioned environment, the environment is placed in Sustainment. During this phase, the environment will be managed by CIO Services if you elected CIO Managed. You can submit a CIO Central ticket or a request for DER modification to make changes to the environment.
