How to log into the ECM Azure GovCloud and Commercial Portals
Once you have accepted the invitation follow these instructions to log in ECM Azure Gov and/or ECM Azure Commercial.

Things you will need:

Install Microsoft Authenticator on your Leidos phone or personal phone 

Daily Vault Password for your aad_username account (step 2).

Copy and paste into a "New Incognito (Chrome) or New Private Window (Edge)" the link below for the Azure portal you will be logging into: 

GovCloud:  ECM Azure - Gov
Commercial:  ECM Azure - Global

 1. Sign in with your aad_username that was assigned to you:

aad_username@leidos.com
*Please note do NOT use aad_username@corp.leidos.com*

2.  Using your y_ account and token log into the Vault to retrieve your daily aad_username vault password.

3.  Click cancel on the initial login prompt window

4. enter your AAD_ account 

5.  Enter your AAD password 



6.  If you receive the image below, verify the Tenant Domain = Leidos.com and choose confirm

7.  Choose Yes

8.  Choose Accept. (This will only happen at the initial setup)



9.  If you haven't already downloaded Microsoft Authenticator, choose Next to setup.

  • You can follow Prism instructions here.
  • **NOTE: This is only required for Commercial.


10.  Once this is complete – navigate to the proper portal.

Commercial ECM Azure - Global

11.  If you receive this pop-up hit cancel.


**This completes the invitation and logon process.

12.  After this process is completed, moving forward - make sure to change token type to None and login using your aad_username and daily aad_ daily vault password. (shown in step 3).

13.  You will be required to configure a new work account in the Microsoft Authenticator.  Click this link for help setting up your aad_ account.
