Step 1:

Open a General Service Request

Topic:  AWS Decommission-Account Name:  “Route to HS-ECM-Operations”

Details:

ECM AWS Account Offboard:

    • Account Name:
    • Account Number:
    • ENVID:
    • Effective date when shut down should occur.
    • Have you gotten all data needed from the environment?
    • Do you need storage/archive?

Step 2:

Decommission the ENVID with the CIS team by filling out the Design Engagement Form, choose "modify" to start the decommission of your ENVID. 

In addition, make sure to complete the following: 

  • In “Description of change” field state:
    • "DECOM: This environment is no longer needed and can be decommissioned."
    • The ECM Off-boarding Ticket Number
    • The AWS account number(s)
  • CIS will also need confirmation to process the decommission. Attach the confirmation letter from the ECM team to the new DER, and email tiesha.l.giles@leidos.com and stephen.glod@leidos.com. 

Email should include the following:

    • ENVID
    • Sector
    • ECM Off-boarding Ticket Number

Step 1:
