First, check to see if you have a BillingAccess AD group
If you have an ECM account, you very likely have a BillingAccess AD group that allows you access to view billing or showback information in KION for your AWS resources.
If you do not have the BillingAccess AD group, please submit a General Service Request (GSR) to have that created. Here is the instructions on how to fill out the GSR.
Short Description: ECM Tenant Name - Create Roles, AD Groups (do not publish) "Route to Authentication Operations"
Please create the following AD group: (do not publish)
Role owner/approver: Name/Userid/Email Address (typically 1st person listed on DER)
Secondary owner/approver: Name/Userid/Email Address (typically 2nd person listed on DER)
Role classification: LOB
Role Domain: OU=Groups,OU=Enterprise Cloud,OU=Applications,OU=Corporate,DC=corp,DC=leidos,DC=com
AD group name: CorporateITS_ECM_TenantName-BillingAccess
Applies to: Regular AD account
Description: AD Group with regular account for Cloudtamer Billing Access-ECM Tenant-TenantName
Once the BillingAccess AD group is created, you can use ARS to add or remove users to it.
Login to Kion for showback
Visit https://ecm.leidos.com/login
Click on the Leidos.com account link
Token = PKI
Password = Regular Leidos AD password
Click Sign In
Choose your regular AD account certificate and OK
You will be asked for your PIN – this is the PIN you use with your PKI for VPN
