Use this article when you want to add and recommend a new KB article to the SDO Engineering CCB for review. Upon SDO Engineering CCB approval, the new article will be moved from the pending page to the appropriate topic page. There is a demonstration video to support this article.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to Confluence and go to the SDO Knowledge Base home page.
  2. In the left navigation, click on the Pending Articles for Review.
  3. Click on the ellipses in the purple menu bar and select one of the two templates ("How To" or "Troubleshooting")
  4. Press next.
  5. Type the name of the article in the text box next to Name
  6. Type pending-kb-article in the labels and press Create
  7. Enter your article content, attachments, and/or attachments
  8. Save your work.


Articles must be reviewed and approved for compliance before it is moved to the target topic.
