  1. Before a project can be successfully on-boarded to use Tower, the following pieces of information need to be gathered and confirmed:
    1. Verify the customer's cloud is in ECM
    2. Determine whether the customer has an existing service account for Tower use or requires a new one
    3. Determine the bottom-most LDAP group that encompasses all the projects members
    4. Determine the location of any/all customer code repositories containing playbooks for import into Tower
    5. Gather contact information for all project SMEs that can expedite the gathering of the above
    6. Gather the CIDR range for the customer systems that will access or be worked upon by Tower.
  2. Complete a SIARRA for each environment
    1. If the environment is Production then update SIARRA 11779
    2. The following ports need to be added to the exception list for Tower and the customer cloud:
      1. 22 (ssh)  Outbound from Tower
      2. 443 (https) Inbound to Tower
      3. 636 (ldap) Outbound from Tower
      4. 5985 (WinRM) Outbound from Tower
      5. 5986 (WinRM) Outbound from Tower
    3. The SIARRAs can be completed on our side by Jason Lennon and/or Ben MacKay
    4. They will be routed to Marcus Gentile and then Mike Wade for approval with implementation performed by Gene Combs once approvals are in place

    Unknown User (carvalhoj1) Can you tell me what the last 3 (e-g) should be?  If you click on them they are pointing to DEV but we are not in DEV...I'm pretty sure they are attached to this page but I just need to know what each one should be so I can realign them to the proper linked attachment.
