Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to the Atlassian Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) Help Center
  2. Select "Upgrade/Downgrade a License"
  3. In the Summary field, enter something like "Upgrade SEN-XXXXXX to a Data Center license and to User Tier 1000" or just "Upgrade SEN-XXXXXXX to Data Center"
  4. Select your SEN # that you want to upgrade/downgrade
  5. Enter details in the Description field if necessary
  6. Select "Yes" under the "Upgrade to Data Center" pull down if you are upgrading to Data Center.  Otherwise, you can leave this blank or select "No".
  7. Enter a Due Date (optional)
  8. Select the Create Button
