There may be times when you need to work extended hours or on the weekend. The DEV-INT and QA-INT are on availability schedules in AWS. To expand the availability times to accommodate work, you will need to open a ticket with CIO central to expand times.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open a Incident "Something is broken" in CIO Central. 
  2. Open the ticket on behalf of yourself.
  3. Enter site 1775 Leidos Franklin Ctr Column in the site name field
  4. Enter "Temporary (or Permanent) adjustment of GSMO server schedule availability" in the short description field
  5. Provide details that specifically state the dates and times you need expanded access to the environments. For DEV-INT environment, name the specific servers you need available for expanded access. Be as clear as possible in the ticket description. 
  6. Submit the ticket.
