Network communications within the GSMO VPC in Amazon Web Services are controlled through Access Control Lists and Server Groups. To modify an ACL to allow communications between servers within the GSMO VPC, you must request a change to the ACL that controls network traffic and port access between machines.
Provide at least 48 hours advance notice to allow ECM time to make the adjustment. Please try to avoid last minute "emergency" changes when possible.
