Software development projects using the SecDevOps Bitbucket server will want to be aware of and be able to access enhanced Git graphics and reports provided by the Awesome Graphs for Bitbucket Server plugin. This plugin is available by default, without any further configuration, to all SecDevOps tenant projects that use Bitbucket.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to Bitbucket.
  2. Navigate to your project.

Steps
1Note the two icons circled in red.

2Click on the first icon to access Reports.

3Click on each report type to explore its features. Note that each report has a wizard that enables the settings of filters and other criteria.
4Click on the first icon to access Graphs.

5Note the summary view at this level. It consists of all repositories and contributors.

6From the repositories dropdown, select a repository to view. This will show the commits for the selected repository across all contributors and branches.

7From the top of the Bitbucket menu, select a specific repository to view.

8The reports and graphs icons are available from with specific repository views.

9Clicking on Reports will pre-filter the reports on the selected repository.

10Clicking on Graphs will also pre-filter the view on the selected repository.
